Konnect

From 3 November, we will fully switch to our new parent portal, Konnect. On this page, you will find all the information about the transition.

Information about the transition

Note: It’s possible that old information from 2022 has been filled in automatically. You won’t be able to log in with this. Please delete the old login details from your saved passwords.

Logging in to the parent portal

You will receive a separate email containing your username (debtor number) and an activation link to set your password. After setting your password, you can log in via:  https://bink.ouderportaal.nl

The Konnect Parent App

You can also use Konnect through the Konnect Parent App. This app is free to download from the App Store (Apple) and Google Play (Android).

Please make sure to do the following

  • Requesting or exchanging childcare days can no longer be done in Jaamo — only via Konnect.
  • Check your child(ren)’s information: permissions.
  • Check the emergency contact number — this is the person we call if you cannot be reached.
  • Please note: not all credits or requested days may be immediately visible in the new parent app. We are still working on this until mid-November.

Billing

My invoice looks different, why is that?
Because we are now using a different system, the layout of the invoice looks different. Starting with the November 2025 care period, parents will receive their invoices by email from Payt. They can also access the invoice in Bink’s parent portal.

I no longer receive a Tikkie, but a payment link via Payt. Is that correct?
Starting with the November 2025 care period, parents who do not pay by direct debit will receive a payment request via Payt. The current Tikkie method will no longer be used.

The monthly amount on my invoice is different, why is that?
Due to a different calculation method, small rounding differences may occur. Parents can always contact us with any questions.

Information Jaamo

Downloading photos via Jaamo (PC recommended)

  1. Go to bink.jaamo.nl
  2. Log in with your credentials
  3. Go to Account
  4. Click on “All photos” of your child
  5. Scroll through the entire page so that all photos fully load and are visible
  6. Then save the page via your browser menu as “Complete webpage”

This will create a folder in your download location. Inside this folder, you will find all the photos and a complete local copy of the webpage.

Tips:

  • If there are many photos, it’s helpful to download them in parts.
  • We recommend using Firefox for this; it works best.

Will I still have access to Jaamo?
Yes, you will have access until the end of this year.

What about the daily reports in Jaamo?
Unfortunately, these cannot be downloaded. We understand this is frustrating.
