Dissatisfaction / complaint
Are you dissatisfied or do you have a complaint? Please discuss it first with the location manager. If you cannot resolve it together, let us know. We are happy to work with you to find a solution.
You can also rely on our complaints procedure. If internal complaint handling does not lead to a satisfactory solution, you are free to ask for information, advice and mediation from Klachtloket Kinderopvang (Complaint desk Childcare), based in The Hague, or to notify the Geschillencommissie Kinderopvang (Conciliation service) of the dispute.
All incoming complaints are processed anonymously and included in the annual complaints report. This report is intended to provide insight into the nature and handling of complaints within our organization. The annual complaints report is available to all parents through the parent portal.
