With us, it’s all about playing, exploring, and learning.
We create an environment where children can try new things at their own pace, from crafts and music to outdoor play and making their own sandwiches.
This way, they gradually develop independence, creativity, and self-confidence.
Each season brings new discoveries.
In autumn, for example, we explore the changing nature and weather together.
In the morning, we first look at the weather: is it wet or dry? Which shoes do we need? This way, children learn to make choices for themselves and explore the world around them.Jerney - Pedagogisch professional
Outside, the children splash in puddles, collect leaves, and explore branches.
Inside, we continue with the same themes through sensory activities: crafting with natural materials, singing autumn songs, or feeling the leaves, acorns, and stones we found outside.
“It’s not just about whether a child enjoys something. We think about the goal: learning colors, holding materials, sitting together at the table, or making a sandwich independently,” says Jerney.
The educational professionals work closely with parents. By aligning home and daycare, children grow faster and gain more self-confidence.
“It has a much greater impact when we offer the same experiences, tailored to the child. This way, they make real progress in language and independence,” says Jerney.
Fun is always our top priority. Together with parents, we create a space where children can be themselves, explore, learn, and grow. One favorite activity is the sensory play bin, where we rotate materials to match the theme or season. Right now, it contains pasta, but sometimes we use leaves, rice, or colored materials. This makes play both enjoyable and meaningful, preparing toddlers and young children not just for school, but for a life full of little discoveries.
