If you have a complaint, you can use our complaints procedure. We can then try together to find a solution to your dissatisfaction. We kindly ask you to first discuss your complaint with the person about whom you have a complaint. If your complaint is not resolved to your satisfaction, you can turn to the manager of the staff member in question.

If these steps do not have the desired result, you can submit an official complaint using the form below. After we have received the complaint, you will receive a confirmation of receipt within 5 working days. Depending on the nature of the complaint, it will be dealt with as quickly as possible, but in any event within 6 weeks.
