That is hard to say. Our approach is to keep groups open as long as possible. We have daily contact with all our location managers to see who is off work due to illness and then try to fill these vacancies. Only when there is no other option will we close a group. We do this on a rotating basis, in order to prevent that not always the same group that is affected.
