The demand for childcare is increasing, while at the same time there is a huge shortage of pedagogical staff both nationally and in our region. We do our utmost to continue offering care. Staff members work extra shifts where possible. Deputy and location managers and colleagues from the main office with a license assist in the group. We do what we can, but, nevertheless, these days it happens regularly that we have to close groups.
